Integrating and remaining oneself in expatriation

Expatriates, where is your "home"

Questions about identity, roots, culture and their evolution are at the heart of the expatriate experience and constitute a great source of enrichment, but also of tension.

Indeed, whether in a professional, academic or personal context, the encounter with the host country's culture is a source of learning, discovery, appropriation and sometimes of questioning or doubts.

Every expatriate has a different perspective on moving to a new country.

Between the citizen of the world, the frequent traveler who settles wherever he wants, the one who keeps solid roots in his country of origin or the foreigner passing through during an expatriation, the profiles are very varied

What about your expatriate employees, their children and their professional lives ?

These are some of the questions we address in this 6th Expat Communication Expatriation Barometer 2021 survey.

Where is your "home"? , expatriates you have to tell us.
