This workshop is offered for children from 7 to 11 years old, or for teenagers from 11 to 18 years old. It allows these young people to better understand and prepare for their future life abroad.

Training goals

  • Realize what a departure represents emotionally and materially,
  • Express questions, fears and concerns,
  • Dialogue with other children in the same situation to help the child realize that he or she is not unique and to reassure him or her,
  • Prepare the child for his new life,
  • Include the child in the family expatriation project.


  • Direct contact between the company and the Expat Communication consultant for parents.
  • Sending out a preliminary questionnaire to refine the expectations of the child and his parents.
  • Choice of a coach from our Coach Academy according to the child's expectations, localization and language.
  • Planning, organization and execution of the internship

Working tools

A booklet is distributed to children or teenagers at the beginning of the workshop. It is a roadmap adapted to each age to help them prepare for departure and project themselves into their new life.
