This program is designed to help spouses reinvent their career or activities while on expatriation. Different formulas can be adapted to different projects: employment, entrepreneurship, training or volunteer work.

Training goals

  • Define a motivating and realistic project in the short and medium term
  • Regain confidence and energy to reinvent yourself and get out of your comfort zone.
  • Master local job search tools (CV, pitch, Linkedin, cover letter...) and the basics of international career strategy (networking, repositioning, story telling...).
  • Implementation of the first steps of the project whatever it is (job search, business creation, freelance, volunteering or training)


  • Sending of a preliminary questionnaire to refine the expatriate's needs and expectations
  • Choice of an expert coach from our Coach Academy according to the expatriate's expectations, country and language.
  • Program planning, organization and implementation (usually 3 to 6 months).
  • Sending the evaluation form to the company
