International mobility is generally a rewarding and fulfilling experience. But, since it imples leaving your comfort zone, it also bring with it certain difficulties and may end up failing in the long run. These failures have a lasting impact on all aspects of the expatriation: the company’s results, the employee’s career, the couple, and the family. A good preparation and equipping expats is thererfore essential to limiting personal and professional risks.

An investment of time and means that is relatively small when compared to the enormity of resources needed for a successful expatriation.
