Developing the cultural intelligence of expatriate employees and their families is one of the keys to a successful expatriation. Understanding and identifying the issues related to changing cultures helps position them in relation to others, both in their personal and professional lives.
They may often find themselves in uncomfortable situations without realizing that their problem is cultural. Knowing their own frame of reference and understanding that of others puts employees and their families on the right track from the start!

The objectives of intercultural intelligence coaching
1. Become aware of your personal frame of reference, culture, and values, through the exercises and tools provided during the sessions.
2. Discover the frame of reference and values of the host country (or region). Assess cultural differences and identify possible misunderstandings
3. Acquire ideas, methods, and ways of doing working in order to build bridges in relationships with others by developing cultural intelligence.
Adapting to the needs of expatriate employees and their families
This coaching is intended for employees whose expatriation has been acted, and who are going abroad with or without their families. The coaching takes place in the few months before or after their departure.
The sessions are held individually person or as a family coaching session in many cities around the world.
It can also be organized it online. (in this case, we recommend two, 4-hour sessions). This program can be held in 8 languages.
