Objectives of the "My Expatriation Plan: assignees" program

1. Measure the impact and challenges of expatriation on a personal and professional level thanks to the proposed exercises and tools

2. Identify strengths, areas of development, and keys to a successful adaptation in a different cultural context

3. Use the training to define a personal action plan involving different scenarios

Modalities that adapt to the needs of expatriate assignees

This program is intended for assignees whose expatriation is confirmed, in the months preceding or following their departure. It is open to employees going alone, as a couple or family, or those who will be geographically single.

The duration of this individual training is 4 hours and can be organized in person or online. It can be conducted in 8 languages.
