Since 2001, we have adapted our programs to meet the needs of international assignees and their families.

The guiding principles of our programs:

  • favor a coaching approach for optimal learning and long term mindset shift
  • connect participants to facilitate networking, co-development and autonomy-building
  • adapt our programs to the needs of Talents with dense work schedules and of expatriate families in transition mode

Organizing a training program

In keeping with our values, we take great care to personalize our trainings for each participant.

  1. The company puts the participant in touch with an Expat Communication consultant
  2. Interview between the Expat Communication consultant and the participant to discuss his or her expectations and objectives
  3. Choice of a coach from our Coach Academy that best meets the participant’s needs, geographical location and preferred language.
  4. Planification, organization and follow through of the program
  5. Assessment form sent to the client

Expat Communication conducts an assessment at the beginning and end of the program The participant also completes an auto-evaluation at the end of the program
