The Expat Communication Coach Academy selects, trains, certifies, and supervises coach-experts. They participate in on-going training specific to the Coach Academy and work as a team for client programs. Our coaches guarantee the quality of our trainings and programs.

Organizing a training program
In keeping with our values, we take great care to personalize our trainings for each participant.
- The company puts the participant in touch with an Expat Communication consultant
- Interview between the Expat Communication consultant and the participant to discuss his or her expectations and objectives
- Choice of a coach from our Coach Academy that best meets the participant’s needs, geographical location and preferred language.
- Planification, organization and follow through of the program
- Assessment form sent to the client
Expat Communication conducts an assessment at the beginning and end of the program The participant also completes an auto-evaluation at the end of the program
