Our mission:
Better understand expatriates, optimize your international mobility policies
Since 2014, the Expat Communication Barometer has analyzed the key challenges of international mobility by surveying a large-scale panel of expatriates.
To these ends, the Barometer is piloted by a professional Board. The Board selects future themes to be analyzed, helps benchmark the results in relation to expatriates, employees, or clients, and works together collectively to optimize expat practices.
Over 100,000 expatriates from all walks of life are now part of the panel answering our surveys, thanks to a large network of distribution partners.
Objectives:
- Collect relevant data to better understand the challenges linked to expatriation
- Mesure the level of well-being of expatriates (CSR)
- Benchmark and brainstorm the optimization of IM policies
- Delegate surveys and analysis to a third party
- Foster dialogue with expatriates
- Possibility of sharing results during an internally-held webinar (with expatriates, with management...)

A look back at the Expat Communication 2023 Barometer
The Expat Communication barometer is a great success
On 13 December 2023, the grand salons of the Quai d’Orsay hosted the results of the 4 surveys published in 2023 by the Expat Communication barometer with the board’s partner members: “The faces of expatriation in 2023. Excellence and vulnerability”.
