Support is essential for international employees in these situations for taking a step back, assessing their skills, reconnecting with their network and the job market, learning to build on their strengths, and moving forward towards new horizons.

Objectives of the "Outplacement for international assignees" program
1. Take a step back to clarify objectives (by first mourning the loss of your previous position), structure your thoughts and support your reflection.
2. Carry out a skills assessment*: analyze personal and professional skills, aptitudes and motivations, define a professional plan and, if necessary, a training plan, using assets as a negotiating tool for job, training, or career development.
3. Use the tools and exercises of the program to implement a research strategy: define an action plan, work on communication tools, identify and develop your network, position yourself on the market.
Modes that adapt to the needs of international assignees
This program is designed for international employees who need to look for a new position within or outside of their current company.
A discussion between the employee and the Expat Communication staff allows us to select a coach from our Coach Academy that best meets his or her professional field of expertise and the targeted countries.
The program then takes place in the form of individual support modules (30 hours over 3 to 12 months).
Sessions can take place in person or online.
