Our Team

Expat Communication's Coach Academy brings together more than 40 intercultural experts who are selected, trained, certified and supervised following a programme lasting several weeks. They participate in on-going training specific to the Coach Academy and work as a team for client programs. This is our main guarantee of the quality of our programmes. Our team with a passion for international have all been expatriates in several countries

The organisation of our international executive programmes

In line with our values, we take great care to tailor our intercultural training courses to each participant.

1- Customer brief

Gathering HR and operational requirements. Definition of educational objectives

2- Personalising the programme

Validation of methods, detailed identification of elements to be personalised, construction of the schedule

3- Selecting a coach

Selection of a project manager from our Coach Academy based on objectives, location and language. A team of coaches can be put together for complex projects.

4- Exchanges

Validation of quotation

5- Implementation

Planning, organization and implementation of the coaching sessions.

6- Satisfaction

Satisfaction questionnaire at the end of each stage

7 - Debriefing

Discuss satisfaction with the company and implement follow-up actions if necessary

Finally, Expat Communication carries out a learning assessment at the beginning and end of the programme. The participant also completes an auto-evaluation at the end of the program
