Expat Communication's Coach Academy brings together more than 40 intercultural experts who are selected, trained, certified and supervised following a programme lasting several weeks. They participate in on-going training specific to the Coach Academy and work as a team for client programs. This is our main guarantee of the quality of our programmes. Selection of a project manager from our Coach Academy based on objectives, location and language. A team of coaches can be put together for complex projects.

7 - Debriefing
Finally, Expat Communication carries out a learning assessment at the beginning and end of the programme. The participant also completes an auto-evaluation at the end of the program
