Objectives of the "My Expatriation Plan: spouses and partners" program
1. Identify the challenges and issues related to settling in and integrating a new culture using the tools and exercises provided
2. Identify strengths and weaknesses and the keys to successful adaptation in a different cultural context
3. Use the training inputs to define a personal plan during expatriation; gain new ideas, contacts, and useful information; develop an action plan
Modes adapted to the needs of expatriate spouses and partners
This program is intended for spouses and partners in the 3-4 months before or after their departure.
It can take place in the form of a one-day group workshop in our offices (inter-company) or at your company (intra-company), in French or in English.
We can also organize it in an individual 4-hour online format. (8 languages available)
