Objectives of the "A Successful Return Home" program for expat spouses and couples
1. Explore and go back through your experience abroad and highlight the contributions your expatriation has made to your personal and professional life
2. Using the exercises and tools proposed during the training, identify the support points for a successful return by analyzing and seeking solutions: ideas, practical information and contacts
3. Create an action plan based on your personal goals
Modes adapted to the needs of expatriate spouses and partners
This program is intended for expat spouses or couples in the 3-4 months before or after their return to their country of origin.
It can take place in the form of a one-day group workshop in our offices (inter-company) or at your company (intra-company), in French or in English.
We can also organize it in an individual coaching format (for the spouse and/or the couple) – 4 hours online or in person.
(Note: online, this can be done in 8 languages)
